Nursing Home Program

Restmore nursing home program last night ~ I sent Jared to get ready and he came out with Khaki slacks on that were grass stained and rolled up in a ball in his drawer!!  Thankfully I found some navy slacks in his drawer in much better shape!!! 

When we arrived at the nursing home Jubilee asked from her seat ~ "Where are my shoes?"  She didn't obey when she was told to put on her sandals and then when Chad called to load up she promptly obeyed but without the shoes! 

That made our treat a McDonalds pie and Sundae because she couldn't go into a restaurant without shoes.  We offered to buy ice cream and a variety of toppings at Super-W, but the majority wanted McD’s! 

Jonas cracked us up when Chad asked him how old he is ~ Jonas said 3 (he’s 2) then Chad said no, how old are you really?  He said 7!!!  I didn’t even know he knew those numbers.  He always answers 2.  Then he sang Jesus Loves Me as well as a two year old can and brought lots of smiles.  I think he was the hit of the evening!

Jolene and Jubilee have been growing in their relationship.  Recently, Jolene has started doing Jubilee's hair.  Sometimes taking down what I already did to play with and refix her hair.

Johanna slept 7 - 7 1/2 hours straight for me last night!

There is benefit in having big babies! My babies have mostly started stretching out their sleep early on. This doesn't mean it's all long nights from here on out, but it's a beginning and I sure appreciate the rest I was able to get last night.

I can hardly believe she is 6 days already! I love these newborn days and they are so very short!!!
