Javan!
Javan has that special touch that Jeremiah likes. Daddy has it too, but Javan is available more often. 
It’s a coveted position because it is considered a job if you have to hold him often, so that means if Javan is taking care of Jeremiah for me then he gets out of other jobs.
I have them take turns helping, right now they fight over the chance to hold him, but when it interferes with other things they want to do I try to be reasonable in my expectations. I expect them to help, but I don’t want them to despise their siblings, so I try to balance expectations. So far I guess I’ve done pretty well at balancing expectations because they were praying for twins! 
It’s nice to have someone so good with the baby around during the day. If I need a nap I can hand him over after I feed him and trust that he will be well cared for till I get up. In fact, he does better than me at settling him ~ funny, my babies always think they need to nurse if they are fussy and I’m holding them but others can put them to sleep!
